Everything you buy here comes with the statutory legal guarantee. It lasts at least two years from delivery and applies across the EU.

In plain words
- If a print, calendar or necklace has a defect that was already there when it reached you, I'm responsible for it.
- The guarantee period is two years from delivery.
- If the defect shows up within the first year, it is presumed to have been there from the start. You don't have to prove that.
- First I repair or replace it free of charge. If that isn't possible or doesn't work, you get a price reduction or your money back.
How to report a defect
Email me at info@lucastiefenthaler.com with your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem. Please don't send anything back before we've talked, I'll arrange the return and cover the cost.
The legal guarantee is separate from your 14-day right of withdrawal. You'll find that in the right of withdrawal.
